Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an experienced Artwork Coordinator to join the European Portfolio and Innovation Growth team in Amsterdam. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver artwork projects for Western Europe, working with marketing, procurement, and printers across the KH supply network.

Qualifications

Must have a degree at least HBO/bachelor level.
Minimum 2+ years in the printed packaging area.
Understanding of pre-press, print production, and graphic design workflows.
Experience in print-prepress or graphics manufacturing environments.
Strong computer skills with ESKO workflow and briefing tooling.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong network and ownership mindset.
Experience with multi-market/multi-brand organisations is a plus.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver artwork on time, cost and quality.
Oversee projects to communicate optimal delivery plans to the business.
Identify and recommend improvements to the artwork process.
Provide and register reference artworks, cutters, and artwork details for agencies/marketing.
Create printer reference codes and support artwork setup across KH supply network; act as main contact for printers.
