Job summary

Next Force Recruitment is delighted to represent a fast-growing Microsoft Data & AI scale-up based in Amsterdam, delivering Copilot adoption programmes and custom AI solutions. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape cloud-native AI platforms for ambitious clients.

You will design and build AI agents, retrieval pipelines, vector search systems, and copilots using Azure AI Foundry and OpenAI, collaborating with Azure engineers and low-code specialists to deliver secure and scalable

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI services and Azure OpenAI.
• Experience building cloud-native applications in Azure.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or C#.
• Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.

Our client is a fast-growing Microsoft Data & AI scale-up that has recently secured a strong new round of funding to accelerate its growth.

The company helps organisations adopt, design, and deploy responsible and practical AI solutions. With teams based in Amsterdam and Dubai, they work across the Microsoft AI ecosystem to deliver Copilot adoption programmes, sector-specific IP, custom AI solutions, governance frameworks, and advanced training.

A hybrid working model offers flexibility, including the opportunity to collaborate in the Amsterdam office twice per week.

The Role

We are looking for an Azure AI Developer to join the Pro Code Development Stream.

In this role, you will design and build advanced AI agents, cloud-native services, retrieval pipelines, vector-based search systems, and custom copilots using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and modern engineering frameworks.

You will contribute to both internal accelerators and customer-facing solutions, working closely with low-code specialists and Azure engineers to create secure, scalable, and high-performing architectures.
