Job summary

Glen Group is seeking an experienced Area Cleaning Mobile Supervisor to support our Area Cleaning Manager with on-site Cleaning Teams across Office and Educational settings in the Leek area. Availability is five days out of seven, with shifts 7am–9pm, averaging 35 hours per week, at £15 per hour.

You will drive a company vehicle, plan site visits and holidays, supervise staff, perform audits, and liaise with clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the cleaning industry, including supervisory experience (essential).
• Full UK driving licence, minimum 1 year's driving experience, and aged 21+ (required for insurance purposes).
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Area Cleaning Mobile Supervisor to join our team, supporting our Area Cleaning Manager with our on-site Cleaning Teams across both Office & Educational settings in the Leek area.

About the Role:

Due to varying shift patterns across our portfolio, you'll need to be available to work 5 days out of 7, between 7am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday (average 35 hours per week) at £15 per hour.

We also require someone with a safe working Vehicle as use of own Vehicle will be required.
