We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter.

At DEPT®, you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build.

Our Architects have experience and expertise across digital marketing technology solutions, data, and integrations with other enterprise platforms. The Architect's technical leadership, experience, and strategy will guide cross-functional project teams through definition, deployment, and optimization stages of Adobe Services engagements to ensure customer success.

As a Solution Architect, you will lead solution implementations for our strategic customers where you will drive professional services process improvements and efficiency while holding our high standards of delivery quality. You will also help develop a culture of innovation and technology excellence here at Adobe and serve as a strong champion for change!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Bring knowledge of digital experience and marketing technology to align solution architecture to business strategy
  • Identify key business drivers and technology capabilities required to achieve optimal state
  • Understand the current state of solution architecture and assess marketing capabilities
  • Recommend the future state of application architecture across customer engagements
  • Work with customer teams and drive the dialogue to establish use cases, goals, objectives, and architecture to meet business requirements
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy, information technology roadmap, and technical and tactical deployment teams
  • Engage and present recommendations to technical leads and leadership teams
  • Work closely with and act as a liaison between key business, and IT experts during entire engagement
  • Grow Adobe's architecture practice and share on-the-ground customer feedback with product engineering and product managers to improve product capabilities

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Deep technical and business expertise in digital marketing use cases and strategies across content, data, and customer journeys—including CMS, analytics, personalization, e-commerce, DAM, and mobile engagement.
  • 3+ years of experience as a solution or application architect, systems integrator, or senior consultant.
  • Track record of delivering successful Enterprise or Solution/ Application integrations, with digital marketing tools and systems related to big data, analytics, testing & optimization, personalization, and activation
  • Proven ability to engage with management and project stakeholders, build consensus, and deliver impactful solutions in customer-facing environments.
  • Skilled in identifying business challenges and aligning proposed solutions with measurable success criteria.
  • Proficient in breaking down intricate ideas for diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical customers throughout the organization.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a talent for deriving clear insights and conclusions from customer interviews and data.
  • Demonstrated success in developing established methodologies for architectural design, technical diagrams, capability maps, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Effective multitasker with the ability to prioritize across multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Collaborative great teammate known for encouraging trust and driving toward efficient solutions.
  • Highly curious and quick to learn new technologies and concepts.
  • Past experience working in a world-class consulting or technology organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
