• Install, commission, and support industrial coating and dispensing systems at customer locations.
• Deliver technical training to customer operators and maintenance teams for effective use and maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
• Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for spare parts, upgrades, and service improvements.
• Plan customer visits efficiently and maintain accurate service documentation and CRM records.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and service teams across Europe and North America.
