The Role

As Application Consultant at iwell, you are operating at the heart of the organization. You lead the design and continuous development of our recently implemented ERP (Netsuite) and CRM (Hubspot) software, to streamline business processes across multiple departments and prepare the company for operating at scale. You continuously look for optimization opportunities and ensure all your colleagues are able to use the software as efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient software solutions.
• Execute new software module implementations, system admin. tasks and upgrades
• Train and educate colleagues and partners
• Build strong relationships with the external vendors and service providers of our ERP and CRM software

Requirements

• You have a bachelor\'s degree.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in software application development and implementation
• You are analytical, a creative thinker, and have strong communication skills
• You are intrinsically motivated, organized and able to work in a fast-paced company environment.
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language
