Job summary

iwell in Utrecht is seeking a working student to join a fast-growing energy tech team. This part-time role offers 8-16 hours per week, flexible hours, and the chance to gain real business exposure across Business Development, Growth/Marketing, Tech, Product, and Operations.

You will take ownership of small projects—monitoring, answering customer questions, reporting, or assisting with software development, data analysis, content, or product work—while learning from experienced colleagues and

• Enrolled in an MBO/HBO/University.
• Available 8-16 hours per week.
• Professional English; Dutch a bonus.
• Willing to join the Utrecht office.

What you will do

• Taking ownership of work such as monitoring, customer questions or reporting or assisting with ongoing software development, data analysis, content or product work, depending on your interests and your skills


• Joining team meetings on a regular basis, and truly becoming part of the team


• Building up real, hands on expertise in your field over time

What we are looking for

• Your are enrolled in an MBO, HBO or University


• Your are available for 8-16 hours per week, structurally, alongside your studies


• Your speak and write English on a professional level, speaking and writing Dutch is a nice bonus


• You are happy to join us in the Utrecht office

What we offer

• An hourly rate of EUR 16, plus 8 % holiday allowance and a payment for holidays (i.e. +/- EUR 18 per hour in total)
