Responsibilities

• Beheren, onderhouden en optimaliseren van bedrijfsapplicaties, inclusief ERP- en CRM-systemen.
• Verlenen van toegang en beveiligingscontroles; functioneert als schakelaar tussen gebruikers, IT-partner en business.
• Troubleshooten en oplossen van incidenten met externe partners.
• Verzamelen van gebruikersfeedback en vertalen naar verbeteringen in applicaties.

To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Application Manager who will ensure the reliability, continuity, and optimal performance of our business-critical applications. As Application Manager, you will act as the bridge between users, business stakeholders, and external technology partners. You enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring that our ERP, CRM, and other core business applications continue to support our growth and operational excellence.
