Job summary

Apple Inc. in Leidschendam, South Holland, Netherlands is seeking an energetic Channel Store Advisor to support the sales, merchandising and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store.

You will build strong relationships with the partner staff, provide product demonstrations, train staff, and ensure merchandising standards are met to drive product knowledge and sales success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.
• Share your in-depth knowledge on Apple products directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products.
• Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
• Leverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.
• Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
• Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and elevate issues for timely and effective resolution.
• Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.

• Ambition for driving sales results and recommending Apple solutions is desirable.
• Background in direct sales or solution-based selling is a plus.
