You’ll build and scale up our measurement apps, developed on Kotlin Multiplatform for shared logic while maintaining native Android and iOS layers. You’ll also contribute to the backend systems that power them. You will work with the latest technologies, contribute to innovations no other company has built, and enjoy the pace and excitement of an ambitious deep-tech company.

About you

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native Android and iOS mobile applications, ensuring high performance, scalability and reliability.
• Build features across Kotlin Multiplatform shared logic and platform-specific native layers (Android/ iOS), and collaborate on App Store & Play Store releases.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features across the full stack - from technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (eg. UX/ UI, product, back-end team) to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical improvement within a team that embraces Scrum principles and delivers efficiently.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance performance, scalability, and usability across our mobile applications.
• Take ownership of feature quality by implementing test coverage and validating functionality across platforms and environments.
• Proactively identify, debug, and resolve issues to ensure stable and reliable releases.

Qualifications

Skills and experience

• Proven expertise in Kotlin (Android), and Swift (native iOS development).
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (e.g. MVVM) and platform-specific best practices for Android and iOS.
• Experience working with Kotlin Multiplatform and shared mobile logic.
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred; or Azure).
• Understanding API design, data structures, and scalable system architecture
• Strong grasp of performance optimisation, concurrency, and reliability across mobile and backend systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, accountability, and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, independence and teamwork.
• Bonus: experience with Kafka, Terraform, Elasticsearch, or other cloud/search/ analytics tools. Also, backend with Java/ Kotlin (SpringBoot) and relational databases (SQL).
