Job summary

PER Ltd. in Amsterdam is seeking an Analyst in Investor Relations to support the full fundraising lifecycle, from fund launches to ongoing investor communications and material production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare key investor materials, including PPMs, DDQs, investor presentations, and tailored investor content.
• Manage and coordinate investor due diligence processes, including DDQ/RFP completion and responses to ad hoc investor queries.
• Assist with investor reporting and preparation for investor meetings and AGMs.
• Work closely with senior team members on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
• Build exposure to investors and broader investor relations responsibilities over time.
