Job summary

Lindenaar & Co Corporate Finance in the Netherlands seeks an ambitious Associate to join our team, collaborating on M&A and financing transactions with increasing responsibilities.

You will contribute to valuations, information memoranda, market research and due diligence, while coordinating with stakeholders from start to finish. We offer a dynamic environment with deal teams and client contact from day one.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years working experience in corporate finance, private equity, transaction services or accounting.
• Strong analytical and social skills.
• Entrepreneurial and self-starting mindset.
• Interest in M&A and corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Valuation analyses (DCF, CCA, CTA & Buy-out analyses).
• Writing information memoranda and teaser documents.
• Performing strategic market research.
• Writing research and industry updates.
• Working on due diligence projects.
• Managing stakeholders throughout the entire process.
