Job summary

Relx Plc's Elsevier Netherlands is launching a 24-month Graduate Program in Amsterdam, with three eight-month rotations across Publishing & Operations, Product/Data & Digital Innovation, and Commercial & Customer Insight. You will gain broad business exposure in a hybrid setup with in-office presence about twice a week.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree, have up to two years’ post-graduate experience, are fluent in business English, and can start in Q1 2027.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (any discipline), completed or due to complete before January 2027.
• No more than 2 years’ post-graduate work experience.
• Right to work in the Netherlands for the full 24-month length of the program and in a permanent role afterwards (visa sponsorship not available).
• Fluent in business English, spoken and written.
• Available to start in Q1 2027.

Responsibilities

• Complete three eight-month rotations across Publishing & Operations, Product/Data & Digital Innovation, and Commercial & Customer Insight.
• Lead process simplification projects and governance improvements.
• Map user journeys, evaluate adoption with data, and build growth opportunity recommendations.
