Job summary

Michael Page International (Netherlands) in Amsterdam seeks a Finance Administrator to take ownership of daily financial administration, including AP/AR and payment processing. You will collaborate with multiple business areas in an international environment and maintain data integrity across systems.

The role requires at least 2 years in finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems; proficiency in English is essential, Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or financial administration.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Exact Online is a plus).
• Highly accurate, organised and detail-oriented; proactive and solution-focused.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus; based in Amsterdam area.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supplier invoices are recorded and processed accurately.
• Manage and review daily incoming and outgoing payment flows.
• Reconcile bank transactions and accounts; maintain AP/AR records.
• Monitor payment terms and identify overdue receivables; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on invoices and payments.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems.
