Job summary

LYNX is seeking a creative, versatile Web & UX/UI Designer to enhance marketing through exceptional user experiences across landing pages, emails, and digital ads. You will blend visual design with technical web skills in a WordPress environment (Gutenberg) and work with CRO analysts to translate data into scalable templates.

Based in Amsterdam, you will collaborate with PM Thijs, marketing and compliance teams, delivering conversion-driven pages and dynamic email templates.

Qualifications

• Must be based in the Netherlands, location Amsterdam.
• Fluent Dutch language skills are mandatory.
• Portfolio with case design and experience in ads, web and email design.

Responsibilities

• Landing Page & Web Design: design and implement high-converting pages and experiences.
• Interactive & Animated Elements: develop dynamic features to boost engagement.
• Email Design & Development: build responsive email templates across platforms.
• Advertising & Marketing Graphics: create visuals for digital channels.
• Full Stack Delivery: own design and build within WordPress (Gutenberg).
• Data-Driven Design: translate insights from CRO/web analytics into design improvements.
• Collaboration: work with PMs, CRO analysts, marketers, and compliance.
• Compliance Awareness: ensure designs meet industry guidelines.
