Qualifications

• Completed HBO or university degree; you are a starter or early-career professional.
• 0-2 years of work experience in a similar or commercial role.
• Strong communication skills; customer-focused, informative and persuasive.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proactive and independent; able to set priorities and stand your ground.

Responsibilities

• Proactive commercial and administrative support for the (Key) Account Managers for Superunie.
• Full responsibility of the commercial planning and contact with Boon & Spar.
• Internal communication related to database management, sales forecasting, financial administration, demand planning and marketing activities.
• Communicating, collecting, analysing and archiving account-related information.
• Monitoring budgets and handling administrative processes.
• Providing support and input for the development of account plans and initiating customer-specific projects.
• Continuously improving efficiency of processes and ways of working, aiming for accuracy and efficiency and contributing to a "Right First Time" culture.
• Supporting the account team with ad hoc customer-specific issues.
• Researching, substantiating and analyzing.
