Job summary

MarvelX, based in Amsterdam, seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to own customer delivery end-to-end from post-signature to production and expansion. You’ll build the connector, wire webhooks, and tune agents, working directly with customers and their teams.

You’ll operate at the intersection of customers, Product, and Engineering, and you’ll own outcomes, timelines, and scope while coordinating with cross-functional teams for successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years across software delivery, solutions or forward-deployed engineering.
• Experience delivering B2B platforms with customer-facing responsibilities.
• AI-native mindset: comfortable using LLMs and agents in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy customer integrations yourself: REST APIs, webhooks, data mappings.
• Configure and tune agents per customer: business rules, workflow config, benchmarks.
• Debug production issues at the customer edge and fix where possible.
• Own PoC success and production rollout with milestones and risk tracking.
