You will build scalable processes, liaison with regulators, and lead cross-border compliance initiatives while supporting bunq’s rapid growth across Europe, including Amsterdam onboarding and Belgium expansion, with remote responsibilities and travel as needed.

• Proven track record of independently managing projects from scratch.
• Strong communication with regulators, teams, and stakeholders.
