Job summary

WPS Parking Solutions in Valkenswaard is seeking an All-round Field Service Technician who will alternate between Projects and Service, placing and installing our advanced parking systems at customer sites across the Netherlands.

You will diagnose complex faults on-site, advise customers on next steps, and coordinate subcontractors to keep projects on schedule, sometimes working independently and other times with a small team.

Qualifications

What are you going to do?

As an All-round Field Service Technician, you work alternately for the Projects and Service departments, making for a versatile and dynamic position. In your role as Project Technician, you are responsible for placing and installing our advanced parking systems at customer sites throughout the Netherlands. You ensure that these systems are delivered fully operational and also manage (sub)contractors to ensure that projects run smoothly and on schedule.

As a Service Technician, you are frequently on the road and visit customers on-site to resolve complex malfunctions. You independently perform fault analyses and know how to quickly get to the root of the problem. With your expertise, you professionally advise customers on the nature of the defects and the next steps to be taken.

What are you bringing?

You don't need to have experience with parking systems yet – we are happy to teach you that. However, we are looking for someone who is confident, has a hands-on mentality, and is naturally a go-getter.

In addition, you have:

• A completed MBO education (e.g. Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics) or a comparable diploma with relevant work experience

• Driving license B
• Team spirit, but also the ability to work independently
