Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in The Netherlands is seeking an All-round F&B Intern in Amsterdam to gain hands-on experience across our Food & Beverage outlets within an international hotel environment. You will learn to deliver great service and support operations in a dynamic setting.

You are currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality or a related field and can start in late September or early October 2026 for at least 4 months, 5 days per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Deliver attentive and personalized service across our F&B outlets.
• Support operations in the restaurant, bar, breakfast, banqueting, and events.
• Learn about menu offerings, wine pairings, and service standards.
• Help create memorable guest experiences through excellent hospitality.
• Assist with the preparation and setup of F&B outlets and events.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards throughout the operation.
