Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operation, stability, and performance of HLC systems deployed at Airports.
• Analyse and resolve complex HLC-related incidents and system issues.
• Act as SME for HLC, providing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Support integration of HLC with connected subsystems and external interfaces.
• Assist deployments, upgrades, patches, and system changes with minimal disruption.
