Job summary

DSV is seeking an Inside Sales Airfreight professional based at Schiphol. You will handle requests from existing customers and international colleagues, and rapidly convert them into tailored quotations while maintaining close contact with customers in the Netherlands and abroad.

You will liaise with internal teams, pass on new leads to Outside Sales, and contribute to growth in a fast-paced, international environment. Strong knowledge of airfreight and Incoterms is essential.

Qualifications

• HBO level of working and thinking.
• At least 5 years’ work experience in freight forwarding, preferably export airfreight.
• Experience managing or supervising colleagues in an operational environment.
• Good command of spoken and written Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Registration and follow-up of sales leads, quotes and offers.
• Maintaining contact with relations (existing customers).
• Seeking solutions in the field of global transport.
