Job summary

DSV is expanding its Inside Sales Airfreight team at Schiphol. You will proactively handle requests from existing customers and international colleagues, converting them into tailored quotations and maintaining contact with clients.

We value airfreight knowledge, Incoterms, and strong Dutch and English communication. The role requires HBO level thinking and at least five years in freight forwarding, with opportunities for career growth within a global logistics provider.

Qualifications

• HBO level education or higher.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in freight forwarding, export airfreight preferred.
• Experience supervising colleagues in an operational environment.
• Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Handle requests from existing customers and international colleagues by phone and email.
• Prepare tailored quotations and process quotes in the internal system.
• Pass on new leads to Outside Sales and maintain key relations.
