Job summary

Top Aces Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician Structures (Sheet Metal) to join our maintenance team.

You will perform structural inspections, repairs, corrosion control, and fabrication of sheet metal components to keep the fleet airworthy and dispatch-ready. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years experience in structures/sheet metal in military, commercial, or MRO settings, plus proficiency with rivets, hi-lock fasteners, and precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on aircraft structures / sheet metal maintenance experience in military, commercial, or MRO environments (line/base).
• Experience performing structural inspections, damage assessment, and repairs/modifications using approved data (SRM, drawings, EOs) including riveting, bonding, and fasteners.
• Experience with corrosion detection and treatment; familiarity with aluminum, steels, titanium, and composites.
• Ability to fabricate and install sheet metal components using standard aviation hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Strong English communication; read, understand and interpret manuals, policies, and procedures.
• Able to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out structural inspections, repairs, corrosion control and fabrication of aircraft sheet metal components.
• Support operational status of Top Aces’ fleet and ensure airworthiness.
• Ensure work complies with airworthiness standards and OEM instructions, Company Policies and safety standards.
• Supervise subcontracted work on larger projects and provide technical guidance to other technicians.
• Support training and development of less experienced technicians in structures and sheet metal practices.
• Complete work reports for all aircraft work and follow maintenance control procedures.
• Follow safe work practices and report hazards to supervisory staff.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
