Job summary

Top Aces is seeking an Aircraft Technician with an EASA B1.1 license to maintain and certify aircraft in a dispatch-ready state. The role leads a small technical team and requires strong English communication, safety focus, and hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of maintenance experience in military or commercial aviation, and hold an EASA B1.1 AML or Canadian AME M2 license. On-site work with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years maintenance experience within a military or commercial air operator environment.
• Experience in leading small aviation technical crew of 2-5 persons.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of the English language to read, understand and interpret manuals, policies and procedures.
• Holder of an EASA B1.1 AML for a minimum of 2 years or a Canadian AME M2 license.
• Able to work well in a team and within a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the operational status of Top Aces’ fleet of aircraft and ensure airworthiness and dispatch readiness.
• Diagnose issues and repair faulty equipment; support training and development of technical staff.
• Lead and supervise the allocated team, coordinating tasks and maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Plan daily work for the team and provide mentorship and performance feedback.
• Verify and certify maintenance actions in accordance with approved data and company policies.
