Qualifications

• Vocational qualification or relevant experience in freight forwarding, preferably within Air Logistics.
• Availability to work in shifts.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare transport instructions and coordinate import/export shipments, including required documentation.
• Collaborate with the Customs team to ensure compliant and timely processes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the client.
• Process and organize shipment data and files, verifying documents from external partners.
• Maintain accurate information in internal systems to support operational visibility.
