Qualifications

Degree in computer science or related field with strong grades.
Four+ years in IT consulting delivering transformation projects.
Experience leading project teams of 4+ members.
Aware of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, robotics.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms.
Understanding IT organization development and processes.
Ability to build complex business cases.
Comfortable in interdisciplinary, global teams; willing to travel.
Proficient in German and English communication.

Responsibilities

Shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies while balancing technical solutions and client needs.
Drive projects forward using agile methods within strategic IT implementation and manage relevant modules.
Analyze situations to tailor customer journeys with market trends like ML in mind.
Design and optimize IT architectures for enterprise solutions, modern software, and cyber resilience.
Work in an AI-enabled environment and help clients build AI capabilities.
