IFF is offering a Digital Marketing Transformation Intern role in Hilversum to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of Marketing, AI, and Digital Innovation. You will support adoption of AI-enabled marketing tools, develop training materials, and help drive change across global teams.

Qualifications

Academic background in Business Management, Digital Marketing, Innovation, Data Analytics, AI or related field (Minimum: HBO/ Bachelors)
Strong interest in AI and Marketing technologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Structured and analytical mindset
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI a plus
Knowledge of Generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

Responsibilities

Support AI & Digital Marketing Transformation Initiatives: assist deployment and adoption of AI-powered marketing capabilities and coordinate transformation initiatives.
Drive User Adoption & Change Management: monitor engagement, run surveys, and design communication plans to boost adoption.
Create Training & Enablement Content: develop user guides, presentations, and assets; assist in training sessions and workshops.
Support Knowledge Management & Insights Accessibility: curate marketing and consumer knowledge in digital platforms and tag for searchability.
Analyze Data & Generate Insights: analyze platform usage and dashboards; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
