Job summary

Nextview Consulting is seeking a Core Cloud Consultant to maximize Salesforce value for clients. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams, own the functional side from workshop to go-live, and apply AI-aware methods to design, build and adopt Salesforce solutions that people actually use.

You’ll run workshops, define requirements, and configure Sales/Service Cloud while guiding customers on best practices and integrations. Amsterdam/Eindhoven-based teams deliver across Europe.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Salesforce implementation experience in consulting or end-customer roles.
• Hands-on experience configuring Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash and case management processes.
• Curiosity about generative AI; practical use of Claude in work.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to ask the right questions.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to obtain Salesforce certifications within 6–12 months.
• Specialisation in Marketing Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Management or Agentic AI is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; Netherlands-based; eligible to work in NL.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops to understand sales and service processes and define requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and functional designs.
• Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud incl. data model, layouts, flows, rules, reports.
• Design user interaction with Slack and Claude alongside Salesforce.
• Advise on Salesforce best practices and standard vs custom work.
• Collaborate with developers and architects on code or integrations.
• Test solutions, assist UAT, and prepare releases.
• Train end users and support adoption after go-live.
• Follow Design-Led Approach and share knowledge to grow Core Cloud practice.
