Job summary

Netive VMS in the Netherlands is hiring a senior marketing lead to own campaigns end to end, with budget ownership and room to manage agencies as the function grows. You will collaborate with teams across paid media, content, and ABM, focusing on the Dutch and UKI markets.

The role emphasizes human voice over automation and leveraging AI to accelerate meaningful work. You will work hands-on with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, thought leadership content, web copy, case studies, and webinar programs,

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing and professional services.
• Ability to own campaigns end to end with strategic input.

Responsibilities

• Split focus across paid media, content, and campaigns to build the marketing function.
• Run paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and create compelling copy and collateral.
• Set up webinars, lead-gen campaigns, and Account-Based Marketing.
• Lead with human, non-robot voices and use AI to speed up research and outlining.
• Work inside HubSpot and create decks/pages with PowerPoint/Figma.
