Job summary

Slashhash is seeking an AI & ML Lead to drive company-wide AI adoption and align initiatives with strategy and governance. The role requires 5-8 years of experience in AI-focused product management or program delivery, and it is hybrid in Amsterdam.

The successful candidate will partner with data science, engineering, and product teams to deliver AI-based solutions from ideation to production, while guiding ethical governance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in product management or program delivery focused on AI, data, or digital transformation.
• Experience building and owning AI product roadmaps and governance.
• Hybrid in Amsterdam with collaboration across business units.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI product roadmap aligned with company strategy and data platform evolution.
• Translate business challenges into AI use cases with clear success metrics and ROI expectations.
• Partner with data science, engineering, and product teams to deliver AI-based solutions from ideation to production.
• Drive awareness, adoption, and change management for AI tools across business units.
• Manage prioritization and sequencing of AI initiatives ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Define ethical and governance frameworks for responsible AI usage across the organization.
• Evaluate AI vendor solutions, platforms, and frameworks to accelerate delivery and scale.
• Communicate complex AI concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner to senior leadership.
