Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in ML and NLP.
• Expertise in information retrieval, semantic search, embeddings, and LLM integration.
• Proficient with Elasticsearch and hybrid search architectures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with search evaluation metrics (nDCG, MAP, MRR).
• Advanced Python programming skills.
• Experience with Databricks notebooks.
• Ability to balance innovation with governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize intelligent search and AI solutions.
• Translate business challenges into scalable data products and insights.
• Develop and train ML models for semantic search and personalization.
