Job summary

BriqSafe is building an AI-driven content studio in Amsterdam to scale multilingual content across markets and channels. You will design the agent system, set brand rules, and ensure output consistency while collaborating with GTM and product marketing.

You’ll lead the engineering of prompts, workflows and a human-in-the-loop process, to adapt content for every market and language, and to drive SEO, events and sales materials through the studio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building AI agents or automated marketing workflows in production.
• Hands-on with MCP/RAG or connecting AI to HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Track record of raising content volume and speed with AI while preserving quality.
• 5+ years in B2B marketing, content or growth, SaaS preferred.
• Sharp editorial judgement and ability to improve system when output is off.
• Experience with SEO and GEO and fluent English

Responsibilities

• Design and build the agent system: agents, workflows and prompts, connected to HubSpot, Webflow and our knowledge base
• Build brand voice and compliance facts into agents for consistency
• Design human-in-the-loop where approvals occur and corrections feed learning
• Adapt content to markets, languages, audiences and channels
• Run landing pages, SEO, AI search visibility, events and sales material through the studio
• Build agentic research system tracking competitors, trends and regulation to GTM insights
