Vanderlande in Veghel, Netherlands, invites you to join the Digital Acceleration team for a 6-month internship starting February 2026 to design and structure Vanderlande's first reusable AI skill catalogue.
You will research employee needs, establish clear criteria for categorizing and sharing AI tools, and develop a first series of practical skills ranging from Office productivity tools to advanced low-code building blocks.
At Vanderlande, we are accelerating the way our global workforce operates by embedding AI initiatives into daily workflows. Today, many employees and citizen developers across teams are actively experimenting with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint agents, and Copilot Studio. However, these innovative AI skills and prompt patterns are not yet structured or shared consistently, making it difficult for teams to reuse proven solutions and scale AI adoption effectively.
In this forward-thinking internship, you will help design, build, and structure Vanderlande's first reusable AI skill catalogue. You will explore employee needs, establish clear criteria for categorizing and sharing AI tools, and develop a first series of practical, reusable skills ranging from Office productivity tools to advanced low-code building blocks. Your research will provide a scalable framework that enables colleagues to adopt AI safely, practically, and efficiently.
You will join the Digital Acceleration team, a global unit within ICT Support at Vanderlande. Our mission is to drive digital capability and end-user productivity through technologies like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power BI, and low-code solutions.
Working closely with digital acceleration specialists, citizen developers, and business stakeholders, you will operate in a collaborative environment combining user research, hands-on prototyping, documentation, and tech adoption support.
