Job summary

The project focuses on productivity and self-service agents, with governance, feasibility analysis, and a clear implementation roadmap to shape AI within an international engineering setting. You will join a small Value Engineering team within Procurement, collaborating with Technology and Global Solutions teams to reduce costs and boost product value.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Dutch education system and resident of The Netherlands.
• Interest in AI, agentic systems and automation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize VE Productivity and Self-Service Agent opportunities.
• Perform feasibility assessments and identify potential risks for agent solutions.
• Establish governance frameworks and define human-agent responsibilities.
• Create a structured roadmap for intelligent agent implementation.
• Model Value Engineering processes and conduct business analysis to uncover value opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design practical AI and automation solutions.
