Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in strategy, planning or related roles across digital, social, creative, media, integrated agency or consultancy environments.
• Strong foundations in brand and customer strategy, with contemporary digital, social, media and data thinking.
• An AI-first mindset, with hands-on experience using AI within the strategic process and curiosity about technology's impact on consumers, brands and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated strategies spanning brand, creative & content, media and data. Translate challenges into strategic frameworks and briefs.
• Bring AI into recommendations and workflows; develop insights, audience understanding and ideation.
• Act as strategic connective tissue across capabilities and unify diverse perspectives into a client narrative.
• Understand brands, customers and markets to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.
• Lead strategic thinking for integrated pitches across Southeast Asia and build repeatable frameworks.
• Develop and productise integrated strategy capabilities and contribute to thought leadership.
