Job summary

Sia ищет лидера по ML/AI для руководства внутренней командой разработки AI‑продуктов и участия в проектах клиентов на стыке технологий и бизнес‑проблем. Ваша роль включает принятие архитектурных решений, развертывание ML/AI в продакшн и руководство командой инженеров и дата‑сайнтистов.

Требуется MSc в соответствующей области, 2–4 года опыта и владение Python, плюс хотя бы одним из Scala/C++/Java, а также опыт работы с облачными платформами и DevOps.

Qualifications

• MSc‑level образование в CS/Applied Mathematics/AI/Embedded Systems или смежной области.
• 2–4 года опыта построения production‑quality ML/DL пайплайнов и моделей.
• Глубокое понимание ML и опыт в одной из областей CV/NLP/Deep Learning.
• Владение Python и хотя бы одним из Scala/C++/Java.
• Опыт работы с SQL (PostgreSQL).
• Опыт работы с облаками: AWS, GCP или Azure.
• Опыт работы с Unix‑похоdящими командами и DevOps инструментами (Git, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Опыт менторства инженеров.

Responsibilities

• Вести внутреннюю команду по разработке AI‑продуктов.
• Работать в качестве SME на проектах клиентов в междисциплинарных командах.
• Принимать архитектурные и дизайн‑решения для облачной инфраструктуры.
• Строить production‑level ML/AI решения с качественными практиками разработки.
• Руководить Data Scientists в масштабировании моделей в продакшн.
• Проводить обучения, вести внутренние собрания и организовывать внешние мероприятия.
• Участвовать в командных встречах и воркшопах с клиентами.
• Писать блог‑посты, выступать на конференциях и выпускать пресс‑релизы по теме.

• Lead an internal team in developing AI products
• Work as a subject‑matter expert on client projects within multidisciplinary teams
• Make architectural and design decisions for cloud environments
• Build production‑level ML/AI solutions using solid software engineering practices
• Guide Data Scientists in scaling models into production through parallelization, optimization, tuning, testing, and packaging
• Deliver training, lead internal meetings, and organize external events
• Participate in team meetings and client workshops
• Write blog articles, present at conferences, and issue press releases on the subject area

Требования:

• MSc-level education in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Systems, or a related field
• 2–4 Years of experience building production-quality ML/Deep Learning pipelines and models
• Good understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals and strong knowledge in a specific domain such as Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or NLP
• Expert coding skills in Python and at least one of Scala, C++, or Java
• Hands‑on experience with SQL or PostgreSQL
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Hands‑on experience with Unix‑based command lines and DevOps tools, including Git, Docker, or Kubernetes
• Hands‑on experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks
• Strong interest in data and AI topics and the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas
• Experience coaching or mentoring other engineers
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to turn complex issues into simple, impactful business solutions
• Enthusiasm for applying Data Science/Engineering solutions to business problems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts concisely
• Ability to adapt quickly and work across different business areas in a challenging environment
• Ability to collaborate in a team
• Fluent spoken and written English and Dutch
• Willingness to travel and work with local and international clients
