Job summary

NXP Semiconductors NV is seeking a CAD Methodology & Flow Engineer to join the Design Enablement team in Eindhoven. This role sits at the intersection of semiconductor design, software engineering and AI innovation.

You will establish best-in-class methodologies with the IP team, advance analog IC design via Generative AI, and collaborate with global teams to enhance internal tools and an AI-driven chatbot platform for IC terminology and workflows.

Qualifications

• MS/MSc degree in electrical engineering with software expertise and at least 5 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with GNNs and open-source multi-modal foundational models.
• Preferably analog IC design knowledge or affinity with analog design.

Responsibilities

• Establish, together with the NXP IP team, efficient, best-in-class methodologies and tools that support NXP design centers worldwide.
• Shape the future of analog IC design through the integration of Generative AI technologies.
• Collaborate with international teams to enhance our internal chatbot platform and make it more context-aware and capable of understanding analog IC terminology, abbreviations, and synonyms.
