• Develop AI and ML applications, from traditional ML models to GenAI solutions and agentic AI systems;
• Take AI and ML solutions into production to generate business value;
• Evaluate solutions rigorously to ensure they deliver real business value;
• Build scalable, testable, robust, and extendable applications;
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders, and business users;
• Understand the problems being addressed and the approaches taken by data scientists and business users;
• Build scalable AI solutions that are robust and easy to maintain;
• Work with different clients, environments, systems, and solutions;
• Share knowledge with peers and participate in knowledge-sharing activities;

Требования

• Understand the difference between ML and AI
• Combine ML knowledge with software engineering rigor
• Have strong coding skills
• Understand the challenges of building AI solutions at scale
• Use AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude effectively without compromising quality
• Learn quickly and have an entrepreneurial mindset
• Be interested in the overlap between AI and software or data engineering
• Be willing to work with different clients and regularly learn new environments
• Speak Dutch fluently
• Be interested in CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, cloud platforms, and GenAI/LLM integration
• Be able to explain your work and share knowledge with peers
• Live in the Randstad
• Not be limited to building models from data; willingness to take models into production is required;
• Not accept spaghetti code and understand what it means
• Be interested in coding, scripting, and templating
