Job summary

Orange Business ищет инженера искусственного интеллекта в Амстердаме для перевода бизнес‑задач в AI‑кейсы и разработки надёжных прототипов, которые можно внедрить в продакшн. В команде Data & AI вы будете создавать GenAI‑решения, работать с данными, API и бизнес‑процессами, сотрудничать с клиентами и коллегами.

Требуется опыт перевода прототипов в детерминированные решения, сильный Python и любознательность к новым технологиям.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Преобразовывать бизнес-задачи в AI‑использование и определять целесообразность решения.
• Проектировать прототипы и развивать их до надёжных продуктивных приложений.
• Разрабатывать GenAI‑приложения с использованием LLM, RAG, агентов и современных AI‑workflow.
• Интегрировать AI‑решения с существующими данными, API и бизнес‑процессами.
• Проектировать масштабируемые облачные архитектуры для AI‑приложений.
• Делиться знаниями внутри Orange Business и развивать предложение Data & AI.

Its Data & Digital practice supports digital transformation across Cloud, Customer Experience, and Data & AI, while the Dutch Data & AI team helps clients move from ambition and use case through architecture, development, implementation, and adoption.

Задачи:

• Translate business problems into AI use cases with clients and determine when AI is the right solution
• Design prototypes and develop them into reliable applications suitable for production use
• Build GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, agents, tool calling, and modern AI workflows
• Integrate AI solutions with existing data, APIs, applications, and business processes
• Design scalable cloud architectures for AI applications
• Share knowledge within Orange Business and contribute to the development of the Data & AI proposition

Требования:

• Experience developing AI solutions as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a comparable role
• Strong Python skills and an understanding of reliable and maintainable code
• Understanding of how to move AI solutions beyond experiments or notebooks into production environments
• Ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues, explain technical choices to people from different backgrounds, and ask critical questions
• Curiosity, willingness to try new technologies, and readiness to share knowledge
• Relevant practical experience is valued at least as highly as formal education
• Nice to have: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a comparable field.
