Job summary

Mistral ищет специалистов для разработки и внедрения полно-стековых AI решений и генеративных приложений. Команда взаимодействует с заказчиками на этапе предпроектной подготовки до внедрения в продакшн, обеспечивая измеримый бизнес-эффект.

Qualifications

• 2+ года опыта технического специалиста в AI-продуктах (data scientist/инженер).
• Опыт внедрения AI/ML продуктов с API и backend/frontend интерфейсами.

Responsibilities

• Развертывать AI-случаи в продакшн с ощутимым бизнес-эффектом.
• Разрабатывать GenAI-приложения от потребительских до промышленных кейсов.
• Сотрудничать с исследователями, AI-инженерами и командами продукта.
• Вносить вклад в open-source коды для инференса и дообучения.
• Участвовать в предпродажных звонках и выявлять потребности клиентов.
• Предоставлять технические консультации по продуктам Mistral и объяснять технологии заинтересованным сторонам.
• Сотрудничать с командами продукт и науки для улучшения моделей по обратной связи клиентов.

It partners with enterprises in high-stakes industries to co-create customized AI systems that clients can run on their own terms. Its Applied AI team works directly with enterprise clients from pre-sales through implementation to deploy AI solutions with measurable business impact.

Задачи:

• Deploy AI use cases into production with significant business impact across various industries
• Develop state-of-the-art GenAI applications, from consumer products to industrial use cases, and drive technological transformation with customers
• Collaborate with researchers, AI engineers, and product engineers on complex customer projects involving fine-tuning and LLM applications
• Contribute to open-source codebases for inference and fine-tuning
• Participate in pre-sales calls to understand potential clients’ needs, challenges, and goals
• Provide technical guidance on Mistral products and explain its technologies to stakeholders
• Collaborate with product and science teams to improve product and model capabilities based on customer feedback

Требования:

• Fluent in English
• 2+ Years of experience as a technical individual contributor, such as a data scientist or software engineer, on AI-based products
• Proven experience implementing AI or machine learning products with APIs and back-end and front-end interfaces
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs and working on advanced RAG or agentic use cases
• Deep understanding of machine learning and LLM concepts and algorithms
• Strong Python coding skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Будет плюсом: Open-source contributions, especially in LLMs; experience as a Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Product Manager; deep learning experience with PyTorch
