Job summary

Venquis is seeking an AI Engineer to operate across Central Services teams in the Netherlands, identifying opportunities where AI can improve processes and tools. The role blends strategy with hands-on development, from shaping use cases to deploying scalable AI solutions.

You will work with Finance, Legal, HR, and other teams to translate business needs into robust AI-enabled systems, ensuring governance and security standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software or AI engineering experience.
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered tools or products.
• Strong proficiency in Python.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities where AI can improve processes and tooling.
• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions that deliver impact.
• Collaborate with Central Services stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
