Bosman & MediReva is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to translate data and AI into scalable solutions for its customer contact department. You will develop and operationalize AI/ML applications, focusing on forecasting, planning, quality monitoring and knowledge retrieval.

Work with the ICT organization and data analysts, using cloud, CI/CD and MLOps practices while ensuring security, privacy and performance. Based in Eindhoven, 32–40 hours per week with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering or AI engineering.
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong Python and SQL knowledge.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models to production.
• CI/CD, MLOps experience is a plus.
• Interest in customer contact or sales domain.

Job Description

Bosman & MediReva is looking for an experienced AI Engineer to translate data and AI into concrete, scalable solutions, primarily for its customer contact department. You will develop and operationalize AI, ML and GenAI applications that support forecasting, planning, quality monitoring, knowledge retrieval, conversational AI and employee assistance. The role combines software development with modern cloud, CI/CD and MLOps practices, while ensuring security, privacy, performance and maintainability. You will work closely with customer contact colleagues, data and process analysts, and the ICT organization.

Job requirements

• Experience in data engineering, AI engineering or a comparable technical role.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, and modern data architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
• Experience implementing AI and ML solutions and bringing models into production.
• Experience with CI/CD, MLOps and scalable ML pipelines is an advantage.
• Affinity with customer contact, service or sales, or the ambition to develop knowledge in this area.
• A self-starting attitude: you identify opportunities, take initiative and involve colleagues in change.
• Ability to develop scalable, testable, robust and maintainable solutions that integrate with existing customer contact and IT environments.
• Ability to contribute to technical architecture and make decisions about tools, data flows and integrations.
• Willingness to follow developments in data engineering, AI and GenAI and translate them into practical solutions.

Additional information

The position is based in Eindhoven and is available for 32–40 hours per week, with a salary of €3,675–€5,512.50.
