Job summary

Accenture the Netherlands is seeking a delivery-focused leader to steer Regulatory change programs at the intersection of RegTech, data analytics, and Responsible AI within Dutch financial services. You will drive multi-disciplinary delivery, lead client engagements, and translate evolving Dutch and EU regulations into concrete operating models and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and several years in financial services risk/compliance or consulting.
• Clear project/workstream leadership experience in complex regulatory change programs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and translating them into change.
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams on Dutch & EU developments and translate requirements into operating models, controls and roadmaps.
• Shape business implications from compliance impact assessments to future-ready design.
• Drive implementation of RegTech platforms and workflow automation to streamline compliance.
• Partner with Technology & Operations to embed solutions into real processes.
• Oversee GenAI and analytics initiatives with Responsible AI principles.
• Use Accenture assets to build AI governance aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams and keep senior stakeholders aligned.
• Contribute to proposals, client development, and thought leadership in the Dutch market.
