Ir Olav's Globetrotters B.V. seeks an AI‑driven Test Engineer to safeguard quality across digital solutions.

You will design AI‑assisted testing strategies, translate requirements into smart test cases, and set up automated tests and AI‑generated scenarios within multidisciplinary teams in the Netherlands. You will leverage AI to analyse user stories, ensure robust test coverage, and drive faster defect detection while maintaining control over outputs and decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with test automation using modern tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework).
• Experience and affinity for AI in testing and experimentation with tooling, prompting, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-assisted test strategies for complex, AI-driven systems.
• Translate requirements into smart testing approaches and test data.
• Set up automated tests and AI-driven test generation for scalable coverage.
• Create test data and scenarios for critical use cases.
• Identify improvements in testing processes and testing of integrations.
