Job summary

Cisco SE Sales Associate Program offers a structured, mentor-supported path from a bootcamp in Amsterdam to rotations and a future Inside Account Executive role in Prague. You will gain AI-driven sales training and collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver tech-enabled business outcomes across the EMEA region.

Recent graduates with up to 2 years of experience, fluent in English and additional languages, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Recent under or postgraduate degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Fluent in English, French, German and the primary language of the country for which you are applying.
Legally authorised to work in the country of hire and willing to relocate to Amsterdam for training (12 months).

Responsibilities

Complete immersive Bootcamp training in Amsterdam.
Participate in three rotational assignments for real-world sales experience.
Transition to Inside Account Executive role in Prague after 12 months and build global relationships.
Learn through AI-first platforms and mentoring to master technical sales.
Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to drive business outcomes and opportunities.
