Job summary

Bugaboo is seeking an AI Enablement Intern for its S&OP team in Amsterdam. You will experiment with AI tools, automate processes, and build dashboards to support global planning decisions.

This role offers hybrid work, with a minimum of two days in the Amsterdam office and a duration of 5–6 months, starting Sep/Oct. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply AI concepts to real business challenges, and gain mentorship while shaping the S&OP transformation.

Qualifications

• Senior student enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for the entire internship duration.
• Fluent Business English written and spoken.
• High affinity and practical knowledge of applying AI, business intelligence tools and data analysis.
• Experience with M365 package is preferred, or willingness to learn (Copilot, Power BI etc).

Responsibilities

• Test new AI use cases and bring ideas to life.
• Use AI and M365 tools to enhance productivity.
• Automate repetitive processes with Power Automate or similar tools.
• Improve planning workflows with data and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain and business.
• Build or enhance dashboards in Power BI to support decision-making.
• Identify quick wins to save time, reduce errors and offer new perspectives.
