Job summary

Voodoo in Amsterdam/Paris is seeking a Product Lead for Live Ops with a strong passion for F2P mobile games and a deep interest in AI. You will own feature specs, drive engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality live operations for Paper.io2.

You will shape monetization, events, and AI-driven enhancements while balancing speed and quality under tight deadlines. This role emphasizes strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience as PM/PO/Live Ops or Game/Live Ops Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep passion for F2P mobile games and understanding of engagement mechanics.
• Strong interest in AI, including generative AI, ML, LLMs, or AI agents.
• High standards; capable of pushing product forward and challenging weak ideas.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
• Based in Paris or Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement F2P systems to boost engagement and revenue, with progression, monetization, events, and in-game economies.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve player experience, engagement, personalization, content, and live ops.
• Own specifications, timelines, and delivery quality.
• Use A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to refine features post-launch.
• Collaborate with developers, artists, and analysts; document clearly and manage trade-offs.
• Prioritize work under tight deadlines to maximize impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive benchmarks.
