Job summary

Epiphany is seeking a Market Research Consultant to uncover strategic consumer insights for top brands worldwide. You will manage global insights projects from setup to deployment, turning marketing challenges into research objectives and actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in marketing, econometrics, psychology or similar, has 2–3 years of experience in an insights agency, and demonstrates strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in marketing, econometrics, psychology or similar.
• 2-3 years of work experience at an insights/research agency.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Proficient in analyzing and reporting data.
• Based in the Netherlands and able to work from Amsterdam office 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Turn marketing challenges into targeted research objectives.
• Develop questionnaires and moderation guides.
• Transform data into actionable insights.
• Engage with clients from kickoff to deployment.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-cultural team.
