Job summary

Vanderlande’s DaVinci Engineering team offers an internship/graduation project focusing on applying AI to boost engineering productivity. You will interview engineers, analyze workflows, and develop AI use cases with the team, delivering actionable recommendations for scaling solutions across engineering domains.

You will collaborate with AI experts to design, pilot, and evaluate AI solutions, targeting reductions in repetitive tasks and more time for innovation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in applying AI to engineering productivity.
• Enrollment in Dutch educational system and resident of the Netherlands.
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Independent, self-driven with ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with Generative AI or ML is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interview and observe engineers to map daily activities and challenges.
• Analyze engineering workflows to identify AI opportunities to boost productivity.
• Organize workshops and co-creation sessions for AI use cases.
• Design, pilot, and evaluate AI solutions with the Vanderlande team.
• Provide recommendations for wider adoption across engineering teams.
